Mia Moss, the coffee boss, at Black Coffee finally made it in the studio! You got a brief teaser about her when I teamed up with The Funky Panther boys, but now it's time for girl talk. Did ya'll know there's a coffee school? I'm fascinated by latte art, and honestly so is Mia. Some of our journeys in life start as just wanting to be the person that helps people. Which then turns into helping our community via a place to go work, a place to relax, a place for a cup of coffee, and a place to run into friends. Speaking of friends, I get the tea about the Coff-ia Mafia, the Pod Squad is really gonna need a rebrand. International Women's Day may have just passed, but the importance of female friendships never will. Mia shares a juggling analogy that everyone needs when it comes to balancing life. Women truly are amazing when it comes to filling everyones cup. When it comes to being a mom, teaching young boys to respect women is a priority, and if they aren't talking to their parents, the aunts and uncles step in. We talk about many of the dope women in Fort Worth that you should be following, and how local events help highlight not only causes, but the people behind them. These are the people who prove they are about action and not just words.
