I'm joined by Andrew from Fort Worth Roots to talk all things podcasting, and Uncorked. We dive into the importance of friends who hold you accountable that you can have tough conversations with. And how podcasting and hobbies during Covid affected us. I'm reminded my 100th episode is near and we need to plan an event. Andrew shares his most important interviews before we dive into Fort Worth issues and why people are so afraid of retaliation for speaking their mind. Our beef is settled when it comes to giving out awards, finally. I almost cry on air, and Andrew saves all the juicy stuff for the very end of the episode I tried to end 13 times.

Sheep For Dinner

Ya'll asked for another collab and here we go again. The Funky Panther boys join me in studio and we weekend recap: Podcasts & PBR, Brunch at Brewed, and our interviews at the actual PBR. Tim still hates me, but thankfully we can all bond over Lubys. Javier shares occasions where BBQ sauce on your titties isn't frowned upon and I share my first experience at Bottled Blonde. Next time you're in the Stockyards I'd suggest eating anywhere but a certain establishment. We talk all things meat, and try to decipher how many Mexican pizzas are necessary to decide you don't like Mexican pizzas. Anyone wanna foot hug? Also, a Funky Panther band may or may not have existed at one point. Just try to picture Chad with spiky hair and frosted tips, yeah I don't see it either. This episode is pretty spot on and by that I mean, chaotic.
 

No Bull With Tiffany Davis

Well I'm officially obsessed with North Carolina cowgirl, Tiffany Davis. Not only does she share all the stories about the founding of the PBR, but you get to hear her gush over her husband, Jerome Davis. They say life comes at you quick and let me tell you that is an understatement with this couple. However, the breaking points allowed a story of overcoming and evolving. We talk becoming a bull owner, and the new team aspect in bull riding. What does it mean to flank a bull? Tiffany shares her passion about animal welfare and how she was confused for Pamela Anderson in The Longest Ride. This is quite possibly one of my favorite interviews to date, and you'll see why after listening.

The Mambo Taxis hit and the memories of UIL choir and safety patrol come flooding in. Tyler and Roger agree that ASMR is absolute garbage as we discuss sounds and words we despise. Robyn almost slips and says the M word. But really this episode is about a list of insults simmering in Robyn's note app. We close out the episode talking about the Abercrombie documentary and the memories of A&F are quite traumatizing, minus the smell. We might still like the smell...
